Progressive Die Stamping Materials
Using progressive die stamping, sheet metal components can be produced in large quantities, with high precision. The process begins with a coil of metal fed continuously into the machine by rotating rollers. Once formed, the metal is finally cut off and collected by punching and forming at each station of the die.

Our in-house tool shop manufactures the required stamping dies using advanced tool steel, which allows us to deliver high-quality products with desired tolerances. We also have other sheet metal fabrication tools such as welding jigs that are manufactured in our workshop.
