Introducing Lovepluspet’s lightweight IvDD back brace for dogs

It is designed for dogs with IVDD (Intervertebral Disc Disease), the inner mental strap stabilizes the back from above & below. After surgery, we also recommend using it to speed up recovery. Wearing this collar will allow your dog’s skin to breathe, as it’s made of breathable neoprene.

Tips for getting started

Your pet will accept the brace after two weeks
Up to 14 hours of wear, starting with 30 minutes a day and increasing by 30 minutes each day
Let your dog accept the brace by giving it a treat and praising it.
Wear your brace according to your veterinarian’s instructions
When your animal sleeps, remove the brace
Look for signs of irritation on your pet. Consult your doctor if any exist
Taking note of

Wearing this collar all day is not suitable, you should remove it 2-3 times during the day to allow your dog to “breathe”
To remove hair from the back brace, simply hand wash it, lay it flat to dry, and use a rubber brush to gently remove the hair from the back brace.
It is not a good idea to put a wet brace on your dog
